The Perspective Coaching Program
Twelve sessions. One method. A measured result.
What it is
A 12-session structured program built on the 4 Armies Method and the Protocol Library.
Sessions are structured, outcome-focused meetings where we apply the 4 Armies Method to identify limiting patterns, set measurable goals, and create a concrete action plan. You leave each session with specific steps, tools to practice between meetings, and clear metrics to track progress.

Who it is for
Individuals in transition. Leaders navigating change. Anyone who recognizes a pattern they cannot stop running.
- Ambitious professionals and executives in the Valley seeking leadership development and better decision-making.
- Entrepreneurs and small-business owners navigating growth, pivots, or burnout.
- Mid-career professionals exploring meaningful career transitions or promotions.
- Individuals committed to mindset shifts who want deeper, more authentic relationships and greater life clarity.
- Individuals seeking to improve personal relationships with friends, family or both to have a more meaningful and healthy connection.
How it works
A fixed sequence. Where you start is measured, and so is where you finish.
Muck Map at intake
Before the first session you take the Muck Map. It gives a score across five dimensions: where you are, whether you are moving, how your pattern is landing on the people around you, whether what you are building is named and chosen, and whether you know where your patterns come from.
Twelve sessions
Structured, outcome-focused meetings that apply the 4 Armies Method to the pattern the intake surfaced. Each session installs one named tool from the Protocol Library and leaves you with steps to practice before the next.
- 60-minute coaching sessions
- 90-minute deep dives where the work needs them
- In person across the Phoenix metro, or by secure video
Muck Map at close
You take the Muck Map again. The difference between your intake score and your close score is the documented result of the work, in your own numbers.
What you leave with
Named tools, not notes.
The tangibles
- The Relational Playbook: your patterns, named, with the protocol that answers each one
- The Protocol Library: ten named behavioral tools you can identify, recall, and deploy by name
- A final Muck Map score with the change from intake documented
- A forward design for the next phase
The intangibles
- A way to recognize which of the four armies is running your day
- Specific steps and clear metrics after every session
- Accountability between sessions, not just inside them
- A structured agreement with yourself about how to hold feedback when it arrives
