- Who can have an account
- Adults 18 and over, in the United States. You create your own account with your email address.
- What the account is for
- Taking the Muck Map, the measurement instrument of the 4 Armies Method, and keeping your results. Your result is shown to you as soon as you submit. You can take it again whenever you like; every result is kept.
- Groups
- Every account starts its own group, and you are its admin. You can invite up to five people by email to join it, for example the members of a program you lead. Someone you invite joins your group instead of starting their own. Each person belongs to one group; to join another, they sign up with a different email address.
- Who sees your answers and results
- You see your own results. If you joined someone's group, its admin (for example your trainer) sees your scores, never your answers; members of a group never see each other's results. RK Springfield, Active Connectivity, reads every group's scores and, to coach, the answers behind them; each time RK opens someone's answers it is recorded. RK never sees the answers of anyone who has withdrawn their research consent or been removed from their group. The people who run this site can see accounts and results to keep it working. Your answers are also research data (see the research consent).
- The questions are RK Springfield's work
- The Muck Map's questions, subscales, scoring and the text that explains your result are original works of RK Springfield, Active Connectivity. All rights reserved. They are shown to you for your own use: please do not copy, publish or share them.
- Not a medical or clinical service
- The 4 Armies Method is coaching, not therapy, diagnosis or treatment, and a Muck Map score is not a clinical measure. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US).
- What we keep, and for how long
- Your email, name and date of birth, the agreements you accept, every answer you give and how long you took to give it, and your scores, for as long as your account exists. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
- Your choices
- From your account you can download everything we hold about you, withdraw your research consent (which ends your access) or delete your account at any time.
